Virtualbox Cannot Access The Kernel Driver Windows 10

I had that issue too when upgrading from 4.3.8 to 4.3.10. The solution given here works (driver install), but is not really a viable solution for me since the VirtualBox installation is done in a script ran automatically (silent mode) on more than 20 build machines. The script exists so that I don't have to connect on each machine to install VirtualBox manually.
