Realtek Card Reader Driver Windows 10 Dell

First of all.I am using a Dell Inspiron 15 3521 laptop. I have clean installed Windows 8 from the DVD Dell supplied after purchasing the laptop. Windows 8 installs but with several items in Device Manager as UNKNOWN DEVICES. I have downloaded all current drivers and installed them in the correct order and restarted the machine after each driver installs.

After the machine sets for about a half hour, there is a message in Action Center that states 'install the memory card reader driver' and pushes me to Realtek's website where I can download drivers. However, it states that the Card Reader is a different model number than the one Dell lists for my Service Tag. Dell says it is for Realtek Card 5179. Windows says that it is 5139/5129.
