Nvidia Drivers Windows 10 Crashing

Hi A few days ago, i encountered a problem. After mounting a second HDD containing another Windows 10 installation (I was going to format this drive, in order to use it for storage later on), my computer continues to crash whenever i attempt to boot. When i inserted that HDD, i shut down the computer, installed the drive as you'd normally do, then i attempted a boot. Nvidia Quadro K1200 Drivers Windows 10. My BIOS chose that new drive to boot from, opposed to the HDD already mounted in my PC. That resulted in it booting into a very low resolution Windows environment, but everything was still working as you'd expect at this point.
